Pre-release information, not a finalized merchant agreement or offer to sell. The legal operator is 鎌田将矢; the public brand/developer name is Rillnook Labs. The applicable merchant agreement and production operating policies must be finalized before public launch. No agreement acceptance is requested on this page.

Service scope

ProofGate manages post-order artwork proofs, revision requests, customer approval records, revision-service payment checks and staff handoff checks for Shopify merchants. It does not edit artwork, guarantee print quality, perform manufacturing or fulfill orders. Merchants must have authority to use their artwork/data and verify the intended specifications, recipient and production PDF.

Plans and charges

Configured public plans are Starter at USD 29 per month and Standard at USD 59 per month, with a 14-day free trial. Billing periods are every 30 days. Starter allows 100 new proof orders per period and 5 GB of private storage; Standard allows 300 and 15 GB. The trial allows 10 new orders and 500 MB. A new order is counted on first proof publication, not on each additional version. There is no permanent free public plan or automatic overage charge.

Merchant-quoted extra revision work is a separate customer Draft Order, not an app subscription charge. Shopify determines the applicable checkout/tax information. Same-Partner-organization development no-charge testing is not public free pricing, a real payment or manufacturing authority. This site has no checkout or installation offer.

Approval and production safety

Approval is tied to an exact proof version, image and specifications. A production PDF and staff verification are separate checks. Ambiguous payment outcomes remain unresolved until server evidence confirms them. A development Ready/handoff rehearsal is TEST ONLY and must not be used to authorize production. Refunds, cancellation or material changes can invalidate readiness.

Support, cancellation and refunds

For billing questions, cancellation assistance, disputes or refund requests, contact support@rillnook.com in English. Do not send card details or private access links. No universal refund entitlement, refund window, automatic refund or response-time guarantee is created by this pre-release page. App subscription charges and merchant revision-service charges are distinct; customer order/service questions should also be addressed to the merchant. Final contractual cancellation/refund terms remain a pre-launch requirement.
